Hungry BOY Teenager came in to kitchen. "Whatcha cooking mom? OOOHHHH it smells even better in here. Can I have some?"

At this point I am thinking, this was supposed to be a cook it your self night (seek and you shall find). So I broke down and shared the goodness with him. Sigh. nothing more primal than a teenager. Grunt. Ugh. want more, please!

OPPSS - I can't tell you how many times I forgot things yesterday!!!

My husband calls them kitchen sink dinners. What ever is in the fridge goes in.

    Ingrediants:
    Sesame oil
    1 yellow squash
    1 orange/yellow pepper
    1/2 red onion
chicken (i used pre-cooked frozen as it was easy)
    1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro (fresh)
asian spice dry - get store mix or create your own
    asian chili sauce

Fortunately or unfortunately, they never turn out the same 2 times.
