If I eat bacon for breakfast I can go almost all day without eating. Seems for me animal fat keeps me full longer. Ribeyes, porkchops and bacon I stay full for a while. If I eat chicken I get hungry soon after eating. I've decided I'm not going to be buying much chicken anymore. I cant afford to eat something that doesnt keep me full. Its an economical decision. One time I ate a slow roasted pork shoulder for lunch and I coudnt eat till the next day I was so full. I ate a very small amount too. I usually cook my steaks and pork chops in coconut oil.
