    How much calories do you guys consume?

    Just interested in how much calories you primal athletes consume. Personally I aim for 3000 but rarely get there.

    I consume between 1000 and 3000, but usually 2500.

    i only track about once a month just to check in, but i usually land in between 2,000 and 2,500...probably less as of late.

    People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

    depends on the day! I am currently on a recomp so it is as follows:
    Workout day: about 3000 calories
    non workout day : 1500-2000 calories

    Depends on what training stage I am in and for what event. If I am training hard, I am between 4-7000 calories. Maybe more. It is also usually when I am at my leanest and havea a hard time keeping teh weight on.
    Every one is different and everyone's intensity is different.
    In hard events in the past I have resorted to bacon wrapped brownies to keep the calories up (not primal I know but you have to get enough calories)

    Sometimes I think I under eat tbh............... Workout days somewhere round 2300 - 3000 kcals and around 1800-2000 on non workout days. I train hard when I do and am usually on my feet most of the day at work.
