Whey protein is "the" standard for bio availablity, plant based proteins just don't work as well.

Personally I use the the Dymatize Elite Rich Chocolate from Netrition and I love it, the rich chocolate actually tastes quite good. I even got my mother to start having it, which is a heck of an accomplishment. She's a former fruit crazed meat once a week kind of person... we're working on it. It's what I have if I'm running out of time for breakfast or if I'm a little hungry for dinner but don't feel like a full meal. I'll also add a veggie supplement "Vegetable Greens" as well so it's quite a complete meal in a bottle.
