L-Glutamine. Anyone have an opinion?
I want to add in some basic supplements to my workout. I've been taking 5 grams of creatine every day, plus a multi, vitamin D, and a B 100.
This P90X program is good but its brutal, plus I added in a day of powerlifiting to the program. I'm getting sore, which isn't "normal" for me. (I guess my old routine was pretty old). To combat that I'm debating taking L-Glutamine.
Any opinions on this stuff?
you get a TON of glutamine eating primal... i think too much converts to msg in the brain. i woul turn to inflammatory foo before an amino supplement which coul throw off your balance of other aminos
the only thing i have seen glutamine useful in is oddball igestive diseases, not IBS
