Suffer from constipation and bloating and tests from my naturopath suggested I have trouble digesting beef. I have stayed away from it for a few months but would like to introduce back in to add some variety and I believe my digesting health has improved since going primal, not perfect but getting better. Anyone else had trouble eating beef but now trouble free? I am supporting with digestive enzymes.
I used to but now that I am eating it regularly, no problem. I drink small amounts of kombucha with my heavy meat meals to aid digestion.
I've read that yellow mustard contains ferulic acid and that can aid in digestion. Of course as an additional benefit it contains turmeric which contains curcumin and that is beneficial for brain health.
