    Boiled eggs, olives, larabars, sliced grilled chicken and macadamia nuts got me thru my 16 hours of Rescue Diver certification classes this weekend! (chicken breast chosen because it's good cold!)

    Start with the Basics and you can always add on later. I want to be Gold certified to teach seniors eventually.

    It's an all day class - I've heard it's a blast - just know that you will be dancing pretty much all day, so you do need to be in decent cardio condition.
