I'd like to see some advice for seniors. Are the calories used the same for figuring out how many calories you need to lose weight? I can't squat any more. Is just attempting to squat the same as doing it? etc. Does Grok even have a grandma? Thanks for any advice specific to lower thyroid, lower energy, etc. due to aging and can this energy/flexibility be returned to the earlier levels?
This would make a great post not just for those of us who aren't getting any younger but also for those of us who have elderly parents (my Dad is 85).
