    Yoga and Tibetan Five Rites

I'm doing both of these as a stress relief measure. This is what the Tibetan Five Rites are. Here's my question:
Would either or both be consider lift heavy things, ala body weight style?
At the moment I'm counting them as moving slowly and lift heavy things, but I don't know if it's enough effort to be considered lift heavy things.
