Indeed. Without coffee I would be divorced and living in a roadside ditch. :/

I do use a Brita filter for drinking water, bone broth, and ice cubes, but oddly enough, when I'm sleep-walking in the morning to make my coffee (espresso in a little stove top espresso pot), I never even think to use the water in the pitcher and just use tap water.

I'm not too worried about flouride though. Just like letting a cold run its course, I believe that I need to subject my body to some negativity so that my immune system stays tough. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)

See, now you are just letting the fluoride lobby win. For shame! For. Shame.

Oh boy! I got banned from lowcarbfriends back around 2006 after being there for over 15 years. Being banned from your journal, well......

I tried my French press yesterday after not using it for a few years, then promptly put it back on the shelf. Not worth the clean up effort.
