When we have friends over and grilling is involved, I am the one behind the grill and my husband says I'm better at it than he is. He likes to grill at 1am after drinking. He's pretty good behind the grill then.

I don't have the legs to pull off being the Queen. As such, I will defer to Goldie and be content with Court Jester of BBQ.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Goldie, if being willing to eat all sorts of BBQ disqualifies you from being a judge then, I'd be booted out too!

At our house I do all the grilling and Hubby does the smoking.
Life is death. We all take turns. It's sacred to eat during our turn and be eaten when our turn is over. RichMahogany.

Which leaves Goldie and me to do the eating. I like this plan.

    That should do it.

I, also, like this plan. It's the best sounding plan I've heard in a long time.

In our house, Sweetie does the grilling AND smoking. We had a delicious smoked turkey for dinner tonight. He'd never smoked a turkey before, so he wanted to do a test run before Thanksgiving. The test was successful... 7 pound turkey devoured by the two of us with a little help from the fuzzy kids. And enough left over for maybe one more meal. Nom nom!

LMAO. I think that belongs to you good sir. You're a beast. I'm sad to admit that despite losing weight the exercise part of primal is no where to be seen. I have been making excuses for 3 years now and it does not seem to be changing.

    My hero!
