    Hey y'all.

I think I've been taking this DONBALA thing too seriously. I've been crazy busy and haven't even been logging on lately. Lots of progress and exciting things happening. I'm getting around a lot better now, so I'm able to get out of the house more.

    Howz the DONBALLIN' going?

(P.S. I recently started taking Natural Calm (powdered magnesium supplement), and it's set off some kind of whacky crazy-good chain reaction in my body. I'm losing fat like crazy now. Just thought I'd pass the tip along. Another woman had a similar response when she started mag -- dropped 5 pounds very quickly.)

Hey Tiger good to see you

Donbala is going pretty well. Been cleaning house all morning. Going to get an alignment on the car. I got tires yesterday - basically taking care of things that should have been done before. Been doing push-ups and started to run. We're going for a walk while the car is getting aligned.

Magnesium huh? I will have to look into that. I lost no weight this week but that might have been due to the over consumption of beer last night. So worth it

Been sick this week, so I have been fasting a lot. My weight didn't change at all. Considering that this week has been TOTM, staying the same weight is damn good. Slept in late today. Had brunch for breakfast. Just got back from grocery shopping. The hubs and I are having steaks and the girls was grilled cheese and tomato soup which is fine by me. Going to do my push up test in a bit and really start working out Monday. I take 500mg magnesium citrate an hour before bed and that really helps me with sleep.

Does it make it hard to wake up? Like if I take it will I be knocked out for 8 hours?

I don't find it difficult to wake up unless I've slept like crap which lately I have been due to other factors. You aren't knocked out for 8 hrs. It may be something you'd want to experiment with when you have time off from work though just to be safe.

Hmm...I will look into it. Though honestly getting to sleep is not the issue. I can sleep anywhere. I can fall asleep within 30 seconds. I just never get good sleep. 2 hours, 6 hours, 10 hours - I always wake up tired and feeling like crap.
