Thanks, I will let the missus know

Yes, definitely considering the greyhound. We'll probably wait until K graduates and is working so we can get a place with more yard space. Good to know yours is working out.

Don't be a stranger (well, any stranger than the rest of us )
I'm fabulous thank you! Life is treating me very well at the moment; job, kids and health all excellent.

I'll try to be a bit more regular but posting here is not a habit anymore and I'll have to make an effort to start out with. I have thought about a bunch of you guys regularly even when I wasn't around, that's really what brought me back as I sure as hell am not what you would call Primal anymore.

They were bred as hunting dogs originally, but as with a powerful dog with a high tolerance for pain it was only a matter of time before some idiots decided to use them for fighting. I believe that was banned after a hundred years or so and they were made a natural treasure of Japan.

Highly treasured as a status symbol by the upset classes and used for everything from babysitters to hunting bears.

They are tremendously powerful creatures yet are naturally so gentle with people (especially children), but have a very high prey drive and can have high dog aggression if they haven't been well socialised as pups.

I think that some people we know had them, and fenced them in an extremely high encloseure. Apparently they can jump 6 ft plus ?????
when I come and visit, could we possibly meet the dogs through the fence first?????they might not like Gwammas, who joke about murder !!!!!!!!

Lol Sure, though there's more chance that they'd lick or squash you trying to sit on you than anything else.
I'm sure they'd be happy to help you with any of your disposal needs

Glad things are going well As for being primal, eh, whatever. As long as you are happy and healthy, I couldn't give a rat's patoot. It's just nice to see you around.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Ah, doc, that's just the low carbs making you bitter and angry

I actually like the peat crew. They are interesting for the most part though both sides in some of the debates leave much to be desired. That's not to say I agree with them, but then again, I am a stubborn s.o.b. and don't even agree with myself half the times.
