I'm getting fajita meat & guacamole for lunch.

Why thank you kind sir. I had 2 chicken thighs, a leg and a MAS with romain, red, green & yellow pepper, carrots, celery, crumbled bacon, a bit of cheese and some ranch dressing. Rather good and I could probably eat more.

You see....another good one from the Canio! Mother-in-law = a necessary evil. I COMPLETELY relate!!!!!!!

And yes, keep it up with the push-ups. You will be a studly, rockin' dude before you know it.

Oh....and today was my 9th salad on my card. So, what does that mean?

Every 9th salad is free in our work cafeteria. And they charge you by weight.

So, my salad today definitely qualified as a BIG ASS SALAD. It felt like a 16 lb bowling ball bringing it up to the cashier.

I was good too....I avoided all of the pre-bottled dressings (BTW-Im the only person I have ever seen in that cafeteria read the label to see whats in them. Guess what the first ingredient is? SOYBEAN OIL. In ALL of them. Im talking, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Vinagrette, French etc etc). I went with Olive Oil and Vinegar.

It was a good lunch and I am still full (pleasantly)...3 hours later.

Now, what to have for dinner....Hmmmm...chicken wings....????

great bowling ball line. I will have to steal that one for future use

wings are the bomb as would be a burger with an egg per Geo.

Same here. I need to do a couch to 5k swimming instead! Or... just go to the pool and frakkin' swim.

Canio, haven't stopped by your journal before now but you seem like someone whose journal I'd want to read, so I'll try to skim back a bit when I have more time!
