I know what you mean. When all the focus of this gang is on you, it can be intimidating...in a good way.

So, yeah, badgergirl...based on your pictures and awesome posts, if that is scary sign me up for halloween every day.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

My husband (and others) have said that upon first meeting me I am very intimidating. Not sure why... I'm not tall (5'4"), I don't have a special voice... and they stated this before I even spoke, so I can't blame education or being well spoken. I guess maybe I just look like a bitch... lol

Most people when they see me say I look too innocent for my own good. There are a few who think I'm intimidating as well. Once I speak, that all changes. I've been told several times that I've got an incredibly sexy voice and should be phone sex operator, etc. I've also been told I sound too intelligent for my own good as well.

I look sweet and innocent until I open my mouth. At that point I either scare or intimidate people. I'm tiny, blonde, and 5'2" flat footed and I've had 6'6" heavyset guys hiding on the other side of the room.

In high school, people said I always looked mad. I was depressed, so maybe it was just a "leave me alone" expression/vibe. I have managed to intimidate a few people, mostly a friend's little sister's boyfriends, who I threatened to beat up if they hurt her. It became a rule to do so every time she brought someone new over. I enjoyed it but I don't think the little sister did. I also intimidated new hires at my university job (IT). I guess that's what I get for trying to act like I'm the supervisor? Oh wait, I was their supervisor.

I was a 5'6" twig at the time. I've always thought my voice is deeper than it actually is. Recordings of my voice surprise me.
