My husband is allergic to shellfish... this has caused him to become violently ill on a few occasions when he chose to test the theory as a young man. Violently ill for several days plus the taste/smell of fishy things leaves bad memories I guess.

He no longer eats ANYTHING that comes out of the water.
    More shark for me!
More all the oceany things for me!
I don't even have to share the hand picked scallops when we dive for them.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

Yep... and he'll even help shuck 'em!
    I win.

That reminds me, scallop season is almost here... July/Aug
    Drinking ciders and shucking scallops.
It's a nice ending to a long day of diving.
I didn't go last year... I hope we can get some dives in this year.
I've been walking the dogs more the past couple months, and Tommy demands power walking to be happy. That should help get me ready.
Not sure how my brain will handle a day of snorkeling yet of course.

Hi canio! Too bad you are in Tucson... my hubby was in Phoenix last night. On his way home from Boise, via Phoenix and Charlotte. If he ever gets down that far, I will let you know - he is a good dinner date.

I'm actually about an hour and a half from Tucson but yeah, if he is headed this way let me know and I'll drive up. Speaking of which, I am totally jealous of Gwamma right now.
