Fish and seafood are excellent, and better by the Gulf. Desert seafood lacks that briny fresh flavor that you can only get at a little shack sitting on a pier over the Gulf.
Seafood with a K, on the other hand, is beyond foul. (Relatives of Krab and vegan "seafood.")

Vegan "seafood" has no place in a conversation about real seafood. 'Cause it's just imaginary. Probably imagined into existence by a truly diabolical mind.

Haven't been following the conversation, but my family is driving me nuts with their catfish tastes... I like mine muddy tasting, as if they just got caught. My precious people, on the other hand, go gaga over the farmed stuff. Blech. The fish version of tastes-like-chicken.

I like mine battered and fried. As such, I don't eat it

Got a call from a sport fishing friend of ours who had been to the coast this morning... and I'm having SHARK for dinner.
    How's that for fresh!

It was a good size so he portioned out me a couple steaks to drop off on his way home.
My husband... is eating chicken. LOL

He's going through a mid-life crisis right now. It leads to irrational decisions and extra furbabies
