So it seems I need to limit the amount of greek yogurt I buy. If it is in the house I seem to find excuses to eat it. Not good.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

When I was making yogurt last year, I had that problem. That shizz is addictive, don't care what people say.

Warm (freshly made) applesauce and homemade yogurt remains the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. I swear, I will try and make it again this year and it won't do it justice. It was a one-time glorious snack.

I eat less because I share bites off the spoon with my boys.
Now that means I only get one out of three bites. LOL
(Yes, I let my big dogs eat off my spoon. They do it like gentlemen. Don't judge me. Also... I probably have spectacular gut flora!)

I give Lou the bowl when I am done with it. He looks at me like I drowned a puppy if I ever just wash the bowl.

Making yogurt is much cheaper than buying it.... it can be a PITA.... but it is cheaper. Granted homemade yogurt is not as thich as comercially made yogurt... it makes a great smoothie!

There is only so much hassle I am willing to go to.
