    I just roasted a pound of brussels sprouts in some of the jous and fat from my duck...

    I got some fantastic beef bones at Giant Eagle for another batch of beef bone broth. Getting ready to snap some green beans to cook them in the crockpot with bacon for dinner tomorrow night.
