Well, I lost 2 pounds this week, which seems to be the norm as it has been what I have lost the 2 weeks prior to this one as well. Pretty sweet really. Losing weight and loving what I eat. I also get to hang out with cool people on forums. Yay PBP!

Woohoo!!! This is the first eating plan I've ever done that doesn't feel like a diet. I really don't feel deprived one little bit

It's very true, I don't feel deprived. That said, I did decide yesterday to eat non-primally at dinner. I had some jack in the box (extreme sausage sandwiches) that couple with a couple of beers and a glass of wine at a charity event. Breakfast and lunch were primal (greek yogurt and a salad)

    Today was better:

    B: Coffee
    L: BAS w/ hardboiled eggs
    D: Apple

My first attempt at food pron. A primal pizza I made a couple of weeks back using the cauliflower crust recipe that was kindly posted here. Tomatoes, bacon, basil (on one side), and pine nuts.

My version of a BAS - a bunch of chopped veggies. Usually red & yellow bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, and onion. This one has green onion and a few pickles.

Thanks I find it useful as I can eat it as is with a little oil and vinegar or lemon juice. I can also mix it with tuna/sardines or as I did yesterday with hard boiled eggs.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Today was a nice lazy day since I was off work. I had to help my gecko shed so she is all pissed off at me, but I guess I can put aside the feelings of a 5 inch lizard. Food today has been good.

    B: None
L: 3 egg western omelet (ham, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese) with 2 over easy eggs on top and a small bowl of cut melon
D: Turkey leg, cabbage and onion sauteed in bacon fat w/ bacon.
