Manatees, Last time we were there, we went to see the famous guy living in a museum in St. Pete. (Snooty?) They do an educational thing at feeding time. He and his current pals there in recovery were beautiful to watch. I would love to see them in the "wild".

I used to go snorkling with them in Crystal River. Such wonderful animals.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Yup, Geo that was an lol.
I learned a ton from Griff, cillacat, batty etc. in my first few months and honestly never once posted a newbie "How...?" Thread. I had been on the forum three weeks when I had my pulmonary emboli incident. I posted a thread to odds and ends from the hospital. People were so awesome and supportive of me. It really helped me hang on to the determination to stay primal through the crisis. When I was allowed to eat after an enforced 2 day fast, I told the hospital staff that I was gluten free.

I do like the manatees... LOVE them. They have adorbs beards!

Did anyone outside of FL hear about the lady who got busted trying to surf on one of our manatees?
    The local community was enraged!
She was arrested... harassing the manatees is a huge no-no!
We do love our sea cows.

I'm not such a fan of teh dolphins though.
Dolphins are always coming and messing up the fishing.
    Such brats.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

I consider this the Cliff Notes version: Primal Blueprint 101 | Mark's Daily Apple

Then again, I've also read classic Russian lit, where the Cliff Notes are longer than a regular book, so I might just be a masochist when it comes to reading. YMMV.

I used to read stuff like this when I was younger, I just find that the older I get, the more fluff I want to read. I think also working in the medical arena takes a toll on me and I want to get as far away from it as I can in my free time.

I kind of like wild dolphins too, though I don't fish which is probably why.
