    The compass was the only non-clothing thing I needed for when I get around to applying to search and rescue again. So, well, yes

    Now, that is cool looking. I assume the cap at the end is just a cover for the reed, which you remove before you play, or is it an encapsulated reed like a Krumhorn?     The cap covers the reed. The mouthpiece works like a sax mouthpiece. Not enough practice to post on YouTube yet.
