Eh, 3 days is all good. Just don't make it 3 months

    Yesterday I ate a cubic shit-ton...

    crustless quiche
    left overs
chiptole - bowl - 2X carnitas, salsa, sc, guac.
    greek yogurt and berries.

The guy at 70sbig.com issued a "who can gain the most weight in lbs and body weight %" challenge. The winner gained 10 lbs from morning weigh-in to evening weigh-in. I can't remember his body weight %, but it was 6-8%. That's a bit extreme, but probably very doable once you account for water weight gain and full belly.
If I just said LOL, I lied. Do or do not. There is no try.

True. Eating the right (wrong) combo of foods can easily make your weight spike.

Food today so far has been more crustless quiche (been eating the hell out of these lately), and I have an apple sitting here staring at me. I'm thinking pork for dinner or perhaps chicken. We shall see.

I am roasting brussels and chicken legs for dinner. Sounds like the best thing I will have eaten in a month. I hope they turn out good.

Crustless quiche is the bomb! I may make a sausage one this weekend, yum!

Very nice. I had roasted cauliflower and chicken legs last night. I love me some chicken legs.

    Dumb question time.

How is a crustless quiche not a fritatta?
Most people don't realize how much energy it takes for me to pretend to be normal.

If I wanted to listen to an asshole, I'd fart.

I have no idea. Maybe it is. I just do not like the word fritatta. I much prefer the word quiche. Words beginning with 'q' get short shrift, and I am doing my part to spread the love.
