LOL. It makes a lot so you'll probably be freezing some and yes they hold up well in the freezer. My husband is a big guy 6' 260 and could only eat 2.

Thanks! I wish I'd had an exciting week in LA like yourself. Currently I am wondering wtf to eat as I really do not feel like cooking. bleh. I really need to cook up some stuff and toss it in the freezer.

So I ended up going to Outback. It was good. I had an 8oz sirloin, a sweet potato, and a side salad. All in all not bad and I didn't have to cook.

I miss Outback. I have to drive I think 35 min to the closest one. Yes, it definitely sucks living where I live.

I dunno what I'm doing for dinner. I've definitely been on a choline kick lately, so it'll likely be egg or fish or both. Unless I find something better to do.
