Yes I will have heard that stevia is as processed as any other sweetener.
As for school. You are so close to the end. You can do it!

I think splenda is like one molecule from plastic.
I feel you on school. I was in school for the first 3 years of my marriage, my hubs has been in school for the last 3 years. I work days and he has always worked nights. I have days where I am in my car going home at night and haven't seen him much in a few days, and I want to start screaming and throwing shit. Sacrifice is so hard. But we all must plow through the hard stuff now, hoping it will make for easier times later. Hold on, this semester is winding down. That is what I keep telling myself!
Thanks Kymma. It is almost done. I just felt like whining this morning![]()

Stevia is an extract from a leaf, so it seems much less bad to me. However, the taste of something sweet can still be problematic for some people. I don't know about any other effects it would have. I'm thinking of getting some to try and use with baking since I'm so sensitive to sugar. I could just NOT bake, but f that, I want to.
What about maple syrup or honey?
