honestly Em, having browsed through before/afters, so many of them look completely natural. i don't know how they would feel if they have the saline pouches in them (or if that's always done during a lift), but they look like most of the other boobs i've seen, but perky. (and as a nursing mom, i've seen A LOT of boobs)

    I'd like to echo this.
I have not had any procedures to lift or enhance my breasts myself...
However, I have experience as a woman who is very familiar with breasts/breast tissue and a good, properly sized boob job is NOT noticeable.
I actually had a gf at one time who had to tell me hers were fake (she had saline). I had NO clue... and well, I had been very, very personal with those particular breasts.

Now... a bad boob job, one that is not sized properly for the physical size of the lady, or the amount of natural breast fat that she has to cover the implant... or those "PORN star boobs" which always FAIL IMO... are a completely different story.
There is no reason for a reconstructed boob to be round, hard, too high, crooked, weirdly large, or have visible wrinkling of the implant due to lack of natural breast tissue.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

Both shots are braless and not even the most chivalrous among you could deny that they looked pretty shit before.

Apart from the scars which are fading more everyday, they do look very natural. They feel natural too, completely soft and squishable.

Yeah, there's a big difference between Jordanesque and a well done enhancement.

Jon, sorry to litter your journal with pictures of my breasts, but I'm sure you understand.

I'm sure Jon will understand. They look lovely.

Sadly I can't get them myself even if I needed them because unnecessary surgery is a no no with my clotting disorder. Hope mine stay decent after I lose the second 50 lbs.

Do they feel natural? I have no experience in this area. :P

I'm going to start asking for stuff more often . Yes, they look very nice. I think my dislike is more for the ones that look like giant round balls wrapped tightly in skin, and would have the feel of a dodgeball ball. I will concede that it can be done tastefully and in a way that returns their natural look and feel. After 40 years and 2 kids, my wife's aren't in the same place they were when I first met her, but I like them very much. She has talked about someday getting them lifted up, but I am very hesitant about it. Like said, I like them. But in the end, if it helps her feel better about herself I would go along. She just doesn't need to do it to make me happy.

Oh, no need to apologize. I almost understand. Litter a few more times so I can have a full comprehension of the issue

And yes, yours do look very nice indeed, but they fit the 'well done' category. I was speaking more of those enhanced boobs that cori mentioned. "Oh hai, I weigh 90 pounds and am 4'9". So doc do you think I could get breasts the size of a Watermelon that weigh half as much as I do?" or of the "So what can I get for $20 and a smile?" type cosmetic enhancements.

Anyway, enough about that....get back to littering Em
