    Primal showed me that I actually can run and will not die. Something my gym teacher probably wishes I figured out in H.S.

    What I meant was, there's no setting between quick jog and all out sprint. I've tried. If I can land between gears, i can run for a few minutes and then slip into one or the other.
    It's one reason my middle school loved having me as forward. I jogged to conserve energy unless I had/ was going for the ball.

    I haven't attempted an all out run or jog as of late. Afraid of going into an asthma attack. Just walking in the wind was bad enough yesterday. Took me 15 minutes after I got home before I could breathe normally.
