I need to get more brassicas to roast. Funny thing is, I detest cabbage, but I LOVE all it's kin. Cabbage is just nasty. Maybe Saturday or tomorrow I'll grab a bunch of veggies to roast, along with a beef roast, and throw it all in the oven. Coat the veggies in garlic butter, do a garlic stuffed roast, and cook it all on the same sheet pan so that the veggies cook in some of the roast drippings. Serve it with a salad... Hey, I think I know what I'm cooking Saturday!
