Funny, I asked for steak tonight for my Birthday dinner. I guess it's not a great coincidence that we are all eating steak tonight...We are Primal after all.

Canio, Great job on the PT test!

Well, it seems the next two weeks my schedule is bouncing back and forth from some days starting at 4am others at 7. The 4am days seem to be when I have class so I think I will work, grab a quick nap, then go to class. I just wish the powers that be would pull their heads out of their asses. Does this make sense to anyone? -

We currently have 38 'workable' employees. In order to cover everything we are directed to do there are 400 hours of overtime per week which those 38 need to cover on top of the 5 hours OT we work each week anyway. Now, it seems to me that 400/40 = 10. This means we are 10 full time positions short of the minimum manning we need. So you would think they would hire people. Nope. Apparently we are 'over staffed' and need to cut 5 more positions. Does anyone have a clue how the fuck that works?

And it is not as simple as 'work harder' Part of our duties include access control. Some one physically has to stand in a lane of traffic and verify IDs, paperwork, passes etc. If 4 lanes are open, we need 4 bodies. We can't have two people working harder in four lanes, and they will not let us close lanes. W.T.F?

That sounds incredibly frustrating not to mention tiring. I hope the schedule gets better soon.

I can't keep track of where I leave my car keys and you expect me to remember time zones? :P

I hope you sleep well and have a good day TOMORROW!
