Hmmm... I may sweet talk Geek into steak tonight. Granted, with him, "sweet talking" him into steak is to mention that it sounds good, so...

Get to sweet talking ladies. Actually, I might have steak for dinner too. Viva la payday.

Payday is tomorrow. But I'm still eating steak today cuz that's how I roll (for reals .... it's out on the counter, waiting to get to room temperature). I know this is an epic Primal fail, but I have to cook it on the George Foreman grill. ::: hangs head ::: I was a vegetarian for so long that I still don't have the hang of properly grilling a steak. Many have I ruined. One thing about eating grass-fed: the pressure is on to get it right because they are $$$!

Pick up a cheap iron skillet. I don't have the facilities to grill, but an iron skillet will rock the hell out of a steak compared to a Foreman grill.

Cast iron skillets rock! Puts a nice sear on the outside while keeping the middle nice and rare. I'll use some bacon grease in the pan and saute some onions along with the meat.
