    Primal Fuel
Honestly, I don't even know what leptin is. I have seen the term tossed around the forums, but I wouldn't know a leptin if it jumped up and bit me on the ass. Primal works. I can live with that. I just need to do it.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Its the master hormone and if you carry most of your fat in the gut then you are more than likely leptin resistant. By resetting it you reset your other hormones as well.

Good timing, I needed a new book and I just bought book 1-4 of the Song of Ice and Fire series for my kindle. They'd better be good or I'm gonna hunt you down!

My wife and I are big fans. We've gotten several friends and about 6 family members to read the series and no complaints so far. Small sample and all but positive in my mind. As for hunting me down...thanks for the warning. It gives me time to practice laying on the floor in the fetal position crying, "Not in the face!" :P

All I have to say about the leptin reset is this, I eat 3 meals a day, no snacks and am rarely hungry.

I really don't like books that are in a series just because some authors like to make their readers wait. Not much patience in me lol.

    LOL

I did read some reviews first so it won't be all your fault if I don't like them. I'm sure I will though, I do love a good fantasy novel.

Speaking of which, I'm gonna head to bed and start reading.

It is not so much him wanting to make us wait but more that the books are long (last one was 900+ pages) and have a very detailed story. That said, 5 books are out already so that will tide you over for a bit

I'll look into the leptin thing once I am firmly back on the primal path. Give me 3-4 weeks of no-fucking-around primal and I'll hit you up for more info.
