    It was good and very easy to make. All in all it took about 30 minutes from start to eating. Also, since I should eat more fish, it was a nice, simple, and tasty way to do that. I'm sure it would work just as well with chicken, though you'd probably want to brown off the chicken first.

    Jenny - as for the spice, you could always leave out the jalapeno and use sweet paprika not hot.

    So range week is about over and I can stop eating a bunch of crap. That said, this is the first range week in 3 years where I have not eaten doughnuts.
