    Primal Fuel
Is it the standard sauteed garlic, cream, parm, butter recipe?

    garlic
    nutmeg
    pepper
salt (though not too much as parm is salty)

As for amounts...I kind of eyeball it so sorry can't help you there.

Saute garlic in butter. Add heavy cream, stirring to make sure it doesn't curdle. Once that's warmed, add the parm a little at a time, stirring each batch until it dissolves into the sauce before adding the next bit (~1/4c at a time.) Add spices, adjust spices, serve. My ratio is usually a 1:1:1:1 ratio (1 stick butter, 1 head garlic, 1 cup each of the parm and cream.)

Y'know, I was about to ask if that was a clove of garlic or the whole bulb...and then I remembered who I'm talking to.

Yup, that about sums it up, though I use less garlic and add it after the cream since I prefer it to be a little more bitey if that makes sense. Either way it is creamy, buttery, cheesy goodness.
