Last night was my midterm in my Garde Manger class. Mystery box type thing. Usually there are 7-8 'wtf am I supposed to do with these?' ingredients inside. Last night...spinach and chicken. I don't think Chef is even trying anymore. We had to make Hors d'œuvres. So I toasted up some bread rounds, sauted off some chicken with spinach and made some alfredo sauce. While the bread was obviously not primal I could have eaten a gallon of that alfredo. Nothing difficult or fancy but it was damed good.

My point? I have none besides Alfredo sauce is f'ing good.
