i eat about 60-80 grams of carbs a day.
sometimes less, sometimes a bit more. i will never (well just about) break 150, even if i drink beer.( i know, i know)
i exercise on an elliptical about 30 min 4 days a weekmoving up to 45 min 5 days a week, and do other floor exercises, push ups, sit ups, planks. i walk a lot when i can, and in a few weeks i will be mainly using my bike for transportation, so upwards of an hour more days than not, but broken up in intervals.
if i am to buy into the whole carb refeed how can i figure out how to do this.

Also i should add, come the end of winter i am planning on getting into cycling for longer periods of time and since bonking sounds like the least fun thing ever i'm wondering if would need to do anything to prevent that.
