Simple fit question
I've started to add simple fit's plan to my workouts and I had a question on day 1. I started at level 6 and can do 23 rounds fairly easily. By that I mean I'm not straining, I'm not rushing through the workout etc. Is this adequate for level 6 or is there a recommended higher round range?
Finish off Days 2 and 3 at Level 6. Judgement (Day 3) will tell you whether you ought to stay 6 or "level up" to 7.
"Oh, you wanted answers...yeah, sorry, I'm not so good with those. Uh, probably something to do with science or something..."
