Exchanging one food craving for another
I've been primal for about 3 weeks now. The first week I took out grains and dairy and felt great. The second week I hit big time carb flu. During that week I learned how amazing dark chocolate is. This past week I didn't have carb flu but all I wanted was dark chocolate! I ate about three bars this week and felt physically sick. Apparently my body did not want the three bars. Up until recently, I've always liked chocolate but never craaaved chocolate. I think now that I'm doing well with dairy and grains it is time to nix the sugar! Two down and one to go!
