Could you point me in the right direction?

Hi. I`m looking for the page where it will tell me what percentages I should shoot for when it comes to protein, fat and carbs. My goal is ultimate health and fitness. I need to lose some body fat and I already eat pretty clean. I put my daily food intake into Nutrimirror each day so I can see where I sit. And where does red wine fit in? I haven`t had any since Monday but I like a glass at the end of the day. Thanks for any help.

You can find everything that you're looking for from there:

But I don't recommend shooting for any percentages, you really don't have to do that.

Thank you. Then how do I know if I`m eating the right things?

Progress being how I feel and what the tape measurement reveals right?

What krassi said. Figure out a daily goal for grams of protein per day (the standard recommendation is 0.5-1g per lb of lean body mass: on the higher end if lifting weights and looking to pack muscle, on the lower range otherwise), grams of carbohydrate per day (start with 50-100 if wanting to lose weight, 100-150 otherwise), then let fat take up the rest.

    Welcome!

This more specific link should help:

Many folks lose fat in the 50-100 g of carb range. Some of us (me included) do better just under 50 g.
It's easier initially to drop the carbs if your fat is around 65-70%--but ease into it gently--and if you feel better on less, that's perfectly fine.
Protein recommendations are generally between 15 and 30% of calories--depends again on your body's needs.

    Alcohol is a separate category.

Feel free to check out my FitDay and other folks' journals if you need some inspiration.

The main thing to remember is that your body's metabolism is unique--so trial & error will be your best friend in finding Primal foods that work for you!
