Exclamation antibiotic resistance bacteria in supermarkets chickens

    Primal Fuel
Seems the overuse of antibiotics is catching up to our society.
The CBC just did a story about this. They bought 100 chickens from across Canada. 2/3 turned out to have antibiotic resistant bacteria which may lead to (bladder infections? etc.) which cant be cured with common antibiotics and must be given strong iv antibiotics to cure. I suspect the number of chickens with antibiotic resistant bacteria in the states will be similar.

Tomorrow they are doing an in-depth story on it including organic vs. regular chicken. it should be interesting to watch.

If interested you can check it out here
