So after giving it some thought, I am thinking that you could actually just make the bread mixture once and split it between two batches instead of making it twice.

I'm going to be honest, that was a lot of flax and my stomach is.. uh.... letting me know. Plus, the bread was kinda thick so I think it might work out better in the end.

Coconut meal blows with this method, flax and almond meal are really the only two things I've found that work. Almond meal is actually very tasty and makes a very soft bread using this technique.
