    Primal Fuel


    Day 17


    Weighed in at 140 lbs today. I'm not surprised that I'm at Day 17 and weigh in at 140 lbs today. I havent been very primal for the past few days. I also forgot to account for the ice cream I had on Friday night. He hee heee


    It's been pleasant not to count calories. I do feel better, more energy, sleeping more soundly, etc. The general shape of my stomach has changed since going primal.


    Today is rest day for working out and maybe primal eating. Grokina has a hankering for pancakes this morning.

    Day 18


    Great workout today. I will no longer be posting my WOD results for I am journaling it somewhere else.


    B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa and wholly guac, a glass of lactaid milk

    S: 1 teaspoon of almond butter

    L: Korean short ribs and bok choy, blackberries

    S: 1 teaspoon of almond butter

    D: chix breast w/ veggies, glass of red wine, and a glass of milk

    S: Almond butter

    D: 1.5 Italina sausage, Korean short rib, broccoli, blackberries, glass of lactaid milk


    Rest day.

    Day 20


    Back down to 138 this morning. It's amazing what happens when I follow the PB.


    Good WOD today. Still need to work on my runs.

    40 KB swings prior to dinner and leasure 30 min walk after dinner.


    B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ wholly guac, glass of lactaid milk

    L: Protein shake w/ 1/2 glass of milk, fruit, almond butter

    S: hard boiled egg, almond butter scoop

    D: Sushi outing - bits of the following - roll, hamachi, peppered beef, tomatoes w/ bacon, wasabi shumai, veggie tempura, 4 oz of sake

    S: almonds

    L: beef fajita meat, salsa, guac, grilled jalapenos

    S: almonds

    D: pho tai, bits of rice and fried squid, choco cupcake


    Got the cold and cough today.

    Second day of sickness.

    L: Pho tai (eating just soup and meat like last night)

    S: almond butter

    D: Orange roughy, asparagus, ice cream that didnt agree w/ my stomach
