    Leaky capillaries

Ok, Iím sick of the dark circles under my eyes!

    To save you some trouble:

    I eat Primal (basically).
    I donít eat wheat/gluten.
I take D3 and fish oil.
    I sleep 7-8 hours a night.
    I exercise.
    I do IF 16/4.

Does anyone know any PROVEN remedy for the dark circles?

I looking for something with more substance than "blood of the innocent..." The dark circles don't run in my family. I would think it would have to have some nutritional aspect.

I have them too (partly genetic).
You could try rutin to strengthen your capillaries (great for bruising, too) but in Chinese medicine, dark circles of the blue/black variety are related to liver "deficiency" and Kidney/adrenal "deficiency" (which basically translates to a combo of adrenal fatigue and some form of anemia and/or blood stagnation). You could also have a food sensitivity that you're unaware of.

Topically, creams with Hylexin, Vit. K, chrysin and Regu-Age might help. I'm trying out this cream (it's been a few weeks) and I've noticed that my circles are easier to cover w/ concealer than they were before, so that tells me that it's doing something:
