sucralose in my protein shake
Hello,
There's sucralose in my protein powder, is that bad?

Considering all the things wrong with eating protein powder in the first place, it's a drop in the bucket ...

Sucralose is the generic form of Splenda. If that's the only sweetener in it, you're in pretty good shape.
Protein powders aren't exactly paleo or primal, but they certainly help me reach my 1gram of protein per pound of lean body mass per day. :-)

Yeah, stay away from sucralose. Like all artificial sweeteners, sucralose is made in a lab and therefor not fit for human consumption.
As for protein powders, how hard can it possibly be to just eat real food for your protein?

I like Genuine Health's Vanilla Whey Isolate. Sweetened with stevia and no funky ingredients. If I want chocolate I add pure cocoa.
Note: proteins+ contains no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, corn, egg, wheat, gluten, soy or yeast.
