    My meals today... would love some feedback

    Primal Fuel
    Just two weeks into this so would love some feedback. I am a female - 5"3' and 160 lbs. trying to lose weight. Here is what I ate today:

    Breakfast:
    3 eggs scrambled in coconut oil
    1/2 c greek gods plain full-fat yogurt
    coffee with coconut milk & cream

    Lunch:
    Chili (ground beef, bell peppers, onion, beef broth, butter, tomatoes, spices)
    2 pieces of bacon

    Mid-Afternoon:
    Coffee with cream (don't usually have coffee in the afternoon)

    Dinner:
    Steak cooked in bacon grease, cauliflower rice with butter, balsamic viniagrette

    Totals:
    Cals 2097
    Fat 175 g - 75%
    Carbs 51 g - 10%
    Protein 84 g - 15%

    Menu looks great, but I could not lose at that calorie level (I weigh 153). If you can, that's great!

    A BAS sounds great... any suggestions? Do you vary your salads all of the time or eat the same? Could use some ideas!

    Emmie... I think today was a higher calorie day and I don't usually count, but go by hunger... I think it all evens out (at least I hope)... I may have to adjust if I stop losing.
