no, I know one other person. She also doesnt like ice cream or chocolate so I suspect brain damage, but I still love her.

I know someone with an old head injury. She lost her sense of taste. She still likes bacon. LOL

I like how both responses are related to brain damage lmao. And no ice cream or chocolate either? God, I hope she's brain damaged.
I like the -idea- of bacon, but I've yet to try any that's not disgustingly salty. I love the crunch and the fact that you can use the fat to cook the rest of your meal, but the taste leaves a ton to be desired for me. Of course, I can only get cheapass conventional bacon, so maybe that's the problem. Next week I'll be making a trip to trader joe's/whole foods, so I'll try to find 'good' bacon there and reassess my opinion.
admittedly, i'm not wild about bacon by itself (i could take it or leave it, really), but i'm absolutely in love with how it can add flavor to other things. kale by itself...meh. kale with bacon...holy balls is that good. and that goes for so many other foods too.
