I'm here because I met Mark last week with my son. My son had been telling me about the Primal way of living for awhile now and although it sounded very interesting, I really thought it was for more of you cavemen lol. When I listened to Mark explain this philosophy and the health benefits that come with it, I was sold. I have to admit if I had seen this a few years ago I would have done it to only "look" better. Us ladies and our vanity However, coming up to a major milestone birthday this year, I decided it was time to get healthy. As Mark said, get healthy and you can look good naked too lol

I love the thought of the Forum. To meet and chat with other like minded individuals !
