Who makes their own almond products?

    Primal Fuel
About the only easily attainable almond product I can get here is, well - almonds.

If anybody has a good source for all things almond, please share it.
Almond milk, meal, butter, flour - I want to find out the right way to do it all, as my attempts to date have yielded less than stellar results.

    cheers

I would make your own almond milk. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhlwt...eature=related

You can also make your own almond butter. I have a Cuisinart nut and spice grinder and that does the job.

You can make your own almond flour too but I like JK Gourmet's because it is very fine and despite my having a powerful blender I can't get it as fine as theirs.

The only thing I make is my own almond flour. I just toss them in my magic bullet, and off they go. I buy my almond butter in bulk at Costco cheaper than I can make it. I am also no help on the almond milk since I never drink it. I would love to see what others do with almonds as well. =)

I responded to this but it didn't post. I buy my almond flour because I can't get it fine enough. You can make your own almond butter. A Cusinart nut and spice grinder works well.
