I was the same. It took me about 6 weeks to finally get that I didn't have to eat every 3 hours! I now regularly IF (Intermittent Fast) from 5 pm to 9 am and often go 5-6 hours between meals, no problem. The mind often needs more time to catch up with the body, lol!
Find a class--like partner dancing or bowling, etc.
GT's original kombucha is very low carb and doesn't taste sweet to me. I've halved the sugar in my homemade kombucha because it was too sweet. You could cut it with filtered/sparkling water.
