    Caviar?

Paleo? Thoughts? 1 ounce has 7g protein, 5g fat, 1g carbs. Good source of Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium and Phosphorus, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron, Magnesium and Selenium. Good bit of sodium, though.

Of course it is! I am totally planning on ordering some from a company near Anchorage very soon. It will be salmon roe and yummy!

It's one of the healthiest primal foods available (maybe just behind brain and liver ). All types of roe are awesome for getting highly absorb able omega-3's, cholesterol, astaxanthin, etc.

Oh, and as long as there is nothing funky on the ingredients list (I'd check for preservatives)!

I love caviar - it is just that it's too expensive to figure on my menus much!
