I can easily go 24 hour between meals. I am not sure what tips I can give you as it seems that everyone is different with regards to fasting ability. I find the easiest thing to do is just keep busy. My first fast was my regularly planned weekly 24 hour fast and my second one was done accidentally because I photographed an all day wedding and didn't have time to eat. Funny thing is that I wasn't hungry nor did I go into some hypoglycemic, fainting fit (as CW might suggest I would) despite running all over the place photographing. I believe that since I don't rely on immediate carbohydrate consumption (I am primarily a carnivore) for my energy I am able to carrying on very well using the stable energy that body fat provides.
